The aging in wood
The grapes are harvested both by hand and mechanically depending on their quality, and once in the cellar they are processed and vinified with the aim of keeping their peculiarities intact as much as possible.
The company is equipped with a cellar for the entire transformation and winemaking process of the grapes and an underground barrel cellar, entirely dug into the tuff, used for the maturation of wines that require aging in wood.
